We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Q: Can I return my item if I ordered the wrong size?

Queen Callie does NOT approve returns.

Q: When will my items arrive?

A: Each item is made to order (because chaos this good isn’t mass produced). Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and delivery.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Damaged items are NOT approved by The Queen.

This will be corrected immediately by order of The Queen.

A: Contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.
