Before You Book
Please make sure you have reviewed the service descriptions, pricing, and what is included before scheduling. Appointments are reserved once booking and payment are completed. After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and any next-step instructions needed before your consultation.
After booking you will receive an intake form by email. Please complete your intake form as soon as possible.
Your session cannot take place without submitting the intake form as Brittany will need to review your cat’s behavior, history, environment, routines, and concerns before meeting with you.
Intake forms must be completed and submitted no later than 6 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid rescheduling.
Earlier submission is strongly encouraged so Brittany has enough time to review your case properly
Services are package-based, not billed by the hour. The appointment time shown is reserved for your video consultation; your fee also includes intake review, case analysis, and a personalized written behavior plan completed afterward.
