Appointments are reserved once booking and payment are completed.

After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and any next-step instructions needed before your consultation.

After booking

You will receive an intake form by email after your session is confirmed.

Please complete your intake form as soon as possible. Your session cannot take place without it as Brittany will need to review your cat’s behavior, history, environment, routines, and concerns before meeting with you.

Intake forms must be completed and submitted no later than 6 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid rescheduling.

*Earlier submission is strongly encouraged so Brittany has enough time to review your case properly
